![]() The main reason for the slight advantage on Suprims side up to 35dBA is propably it falls in the most efficient range of fans rpm. In regards to the supposed higher noise on GB models on TPU review people need to realize that the gaming OC needed only 2 dBA more to outperform the Suprim on the cooling front.Ģ dBA is nothing and even the Masters 38dBA whould not make any difference in real life compared to the 35dBA used in the noise normalized test unless side by side in a muted room. ![]() There is no way the regular Suprim outperforms GB Master and not even GB gaming on the cooling side, MSI didn't upgrade their coolers enough this round. ![]() So which is actually cooler will depend on fan quality, waterblock quality and we need to wait for a direct comparison on this one for sure. GB waterforce on the other hand uses the 360 rad to cool everything INCLUDING the VRM which will of course negatively affect the cores temperature and offset the bigger rads advantage to a degree. It seems easy to conclude that GB waterforce is cooler than Msi liquid due to the bigger rad (360 vs 240) but realize that Msi aircools it's vrm components that obviously produce a lot of heat, so all the capacity of the 240 rad goes to core + mem. On the cooling side, i obviously didn't include the watercooled models but since you did i want to add the following comments: The difference between your ranking and mine is that you evaluate on the VRMs but my ranking takes into account other parts like input - output filtering capacitors (number - type - rating). The rest is not worth due to being either poor electically or cooling wise compared to those from listĬlick to expand.I appreciate your input and opinion! GB GAMING OC 60 *C and the loudest card in TPU review to get that, no so great on normalised tests when on 35 dBA it gets 65 *C and Strix 61 *C ASUS TUF it has good cooler, non English reviews prove that, but it's a shame that those cards so far had the most coil whine casesĨ. Colorful Vulcan OC-V, probably not available in Europe and America, also is quite big 159mm width it won't fit with connector just like masterħ. GB MASTER - first with 1800 rpm and 38dBA? - not really, what's the point of getting 59-60*C when card it's loud and check the width with 162,8mm + connector it will fit only few casesĦ. If cooling is priority with being still decent electrically:ĥ. GB GAMING OC Vcore: 20x50A Vishay, mem 4x50A Vishay ASUS TUF Vcore: 18x70A Infineon, mem: 4x50A VishayĨ.
